✔ Deposits Are Required
A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments and must be paid at the time of booking.

✔ Cash Only for Remaining Balance
All remaining balances must be paid in cash at the end of your appointment.

✔ Arrive on Time
Please arrive on time so your service is not shortened or canceled.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and forfeit their deposit.

✔ 24-Hour Cancellation Window
You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Late cancellations and no-call/no-shows automatically lose their deposit.

✔ Hair Extensions Not Included
Extensions, wigs, and bundles are not included in installation pricing.
If needed, please purchase your hair separately.

✔ Bring Hair Early for Installs
For wig installs, quick weaves, or glue removal, please drop off your wig or extensions 2 days before your appointment so they can be properly prepped.

✔ Price Adjustments May Apply
Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, density, and additional product usage.
You’ll always be informed before the service begins.

✔ Come Detangled (If Possible)
For installs and natural styles, please arrive with your natural hair detangled to avoid additional time or fees.

  • For safety and space reasons, only clients being serviced may attend unless bringing a child booked for a service.

  • Yes. A free 30-minute consultation is available to discuss your goals, service options, and hair health needs.

  • Because the final price depends on:

    – hair length
    – hair thickness
    – product usage
    – complexity of the style

    Your stylist will give you a final number before beginning.

  • Please arrive with your natural hair detangled.
